The Reimbursement:

The Reimbursement of Rs 15000/- from the District Dept. of Social Welfare is given to the students belonging to the SC/ST/NT/SBC category. This facility is not available for V class.
*After the timely intimation, the annual class-wise excursion charges are obligatory in the Second Term as one of the major educational activities of the Sainiki Vidyalaya.

शुल्क प्रतिपूर्ति:

जिला सामाजिक कल्याण विभाग की और से एस. सी. / एस.टी./एन.टी./एस.बी.सी. प्रवर्ग के छात्रों को रु. 15000/- की शुल्क प्रतिपूर्ति की जाएगी। कक्षा 5 वी के लिए यह सुविधा उपलब्ध नहीं।
*सै. विद्यालय के आवश्यक उपक्रम अंतर्गत द्वितीय सत्र में संबंधित कक्षा नुसार शैक्षणिक सहल के लिए समयानुचित अतिरिक्त सुनिश्चित शुल्क प्रदान करना होगा।

Fee Refund Policy

  • The School does not have any general fee refund policy once admission is confirmed. All fees paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
  • However, purely as an exceptional measure and subject to the sole discretion of the School Management, if a parent/guardian withdraws the admission of a student on or before 31st July of the academic year, the School may refund only 50% of the total fees paid, after deducting applicable administrative, processing, and incidental charges.
  • No refund whatsoever shall be admissible for any withdrawal of admission after 31st July of the academic year, irrespective of the reason.
  • The decision of the School Management in all matters relating to refund of fees shall be final, conclusive, and binding on the parent/guardian and the student. The School reserves the right to amend or modify this policy without prior notice.

शुल्क वापसी नीति :

  • प्रवेश की पुष्टि हो जाने के बाद विद्यालय की कोई सामान्य शुल्क वापसी नीति नहीं है। एक बार जमा की गई समस्त शुल्क राशि किसी भी परिस्थिति में अप्रतिदेय (Non-Refundable) एवं गैर-हस्तांतरणीय (Non-Transferable) होगी।
  • हालाँकि, केवल विशेष परिस्थितियों में तथा विद्यालय प्रबंधन के पूर्ण विवेकाधिकार के अधीन, यदि शैक्षणिक सत्र के 31 जुलाई तक अभिभावक/संरक्षक द्वारा छात्र का प्रवेश वापस लिया जाता है, तो लागू प्रशासनिक, प्रक्रिया एवं अन्य संबंधित शुल्कों की कटौती के पश्चात कुल जमा शुल्क का केवल 50% (पचास प्रतिशत) ही वापस किया जा सकता है।
  • 31 जुलाई के बाद किसी भी कारण से प्रवेश वापस लेने पर किसी भी प्रकार की शुल्क वापसी देय नहीं होगी।
  • शुल्क वापसी से संबंधित सभी मामलों में विद्यालय प्रबंधन का निर्णय अंतिम, निर्णायक एवं सभी संबंधित पक्षों पर बाध्यकारी होगा। विद्यालय के पास इस नीति में बिना पूर्व सूचना के संशोधन या परिवर्तन करने का पूर्ण अधिकार सुरक्षित रहेगा|
