Guidelines for Admission Process

Admission to Sainik School Sagroli is conducted strictly in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Sainik Schools Society (SSS), Ministry of Defence, Government of India, through the All India Sainik Schools Entrance Examination (AISSEE) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The process is uniform, transparent, and merit-based across all Sainik Schools in India.

01. Admission through AISSEE

✅ Admissions are offered only through the All India Sainik Schools Entrance Examination (AISSEE) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

✅ For the current academic year, admission is open for Class VI only.

✅ No direct, management, or lateral admissions are permitted.

02. Online Application

✅ Candidates must apply online through the AISSEE portal as notified by NTA.

✅ While filling the application form, parents/guardians must select “R.S.C.S. Sainiki Vidyalaya Sagroli” as their preferred school.

03. Entrance Examination

✅ As per SSS & NTA norms, AISSEE for Class VI consists of following subjects:

    • Mathematics
    • Intelligence
    • Language
    • General Knowledge

✅ The examination is conducted at designated centres across India under NTA supervision

04. Merit List & Counselling

✅ Candidates are shortlisted based on AISSEE merit.

✅ Qualified candidates are called for e-counselling / admission allocation as per SSS guidelines.

✅ School allotment depends on rank, category, preference, and availability of seats.

05. Medical Examination

✅ Provisionally selected candidates must undergo a medical examination at authorized military or government hospitals.

✅ Only medically fit candidates are considered for final admission.

06. Document Verification & Final Admission

✅ Final admission is confirmed after verification of original documents, medical fitness, and completion of admission formalities at the school.

✅ Admission is strictly subject to compliance with all rules of the Sainik Schools Society through AISSAC (All India Sainik Schools Admission Counsel) Portal.
